Not a fan. There is no intuitive way to change owner of the case. Selecting cases does not show option to claim case. App crashes constantly and is very slow.

Absolutely horrific navigation and glitch as can be. Crashes constantly and argues with its own permissions and coding. Nothing but frustration and stress when using this app. Have used it for multiple jobs, and it has always been absolute trash
