Invaluable to help track medication, appointments and have easy communication during treatment. Fertility treatment is hell in all circumstances but this app took away so much stress of being organized by doing all the work. Being able to communicate by messaging my clinic made life so much easier and means you don't sit on the phone then wait for calls in work hours, which made a huge difference of giving me some control in a time when there's none. Customer Service with Marta exceptional.

Great app. I'm having issues currently though seeing today's medication. I have to scroll to see previous medication for it to load today and future doses. It was fine until Monday! EDIT: Salve have been in contact and fixed my issue! I'm very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the team. I'd recommend this app to anyone!

This app is so frustrating to use. You have to log in every single time you use the app, there is no way to organize the messages from your clinic, and the web portal has almost no features, so you have to do everything on your phone. Unfortunately, this app is not like other apps and I can't just stop using it because my clinic has chosen to use it. IVF is already stressful, but this app adds to it instead of making things easier.

Half-baked app. Clinics: DON'T USE!!!! (1) No web portal. So clients will need to communicate via phone and never via computer. (2) In messaging, one can only see one line at a time, autocorrect and auto-space is disabled. (3) No way to upload your medical record. (And, how do they expect clients to have medical record on hte phone and not a computer?!) (4) If a client is VERY determined, they can email a document to themselves, download to phone, attach, one file at a time, in messages...
