The best example of an interactive novel that I could ever play. I've played through all the games in this series already yet here I am, back for more haha. I absolutely love the amount of customization available where you not only get to choose your own character's details, but that of your closest friends/love interests. The world and story are extremely compelling and immersive making you truly feel as though you are your character, and you're part of this story. I love this game.

Fish scene. I picked "option" 3, thinking the mc would look for something else to eat instead of poaching a koi. I ended up with a condescending author's note assuming why I chose 3. It basically said if I didn't like the first two "options" of kill the koi then I should gtfo. So I continued on, choosing to stab the koi for a pointlessly drawn out death scene. Couldn't get much further cause that author's note still irked me. Plz make choices meaningful and respect the readers.

It's not much of a "choice" game but you do have to choose, but it has only limited set of choices and the story is a self narrative of your "mc" There are less conversion just more on self talk that is. Even the trait system is kinda useless I don't know why this is praised by some people but kinda understand if they are weebs or anime fun which kinda makes it a clickbait for us Game readers not weebs.

It's ok. The story idea is pretty straightforward Japanese structure with a warrior of destiny. The characters are fine. They have individual voices which is a bonus for these kinds of stories. EDIT: all books in this game series are completely ruined by the "attunement" stat. What seems like an interesting mechanic, functionally controls what you choose, so not a choosey "your own" adventure at all. Disappointing
