★★★★★ Getting tickets through the app was easy to do... just make sure you know where you want the ferry to drop you off. The ride was smooth and pretty quick to cross from Oakland to San Francisco. It's the best way to get to the SF/city without the hassle of traffic and parking!

★★☆☆☆ Return trip ticket disappeared from app. App login sends an email with link to you account and doesn't appear to support password login even though it makes you think it will. Don't bother with this app. Just use the QR code they send you via email.

★★☆☆☆ Cannot create an account....magic link sends me back to the app to enter email again....repeat 8x before I gave up.

★★☆☆☆ As of Nov 27, 2024, app is not working properly. You can only view WB schedule weekdays (Mon-Fri) Richmond-SF. Link for EB schedule weekday does not, nor do the other links regarding schedules.
