★★★★★ Great exp @ SFFCU, esp recently w/rep Giovanni. Was nervous to apply bec I'd been working on credit, so was thrilled to be prelim approved. There were issues with how I'd filled out form, but Giovanni was helpful/reassuring about making corrections before submitting. Afterward, when things seemed certain, there was a snag, and Giovanni was right there to help with that (turned out wasn't much) but at that late hour nerve-wracking. Had acct at SFFCU many years, people always pleasant/professional

★★☆☆☆ Very frustrating!! I got a new phone, and now I'm having trouble logging into my banking app. It was working fine on my old phone, I can't log in on my new phone. I don't even receive the otp through my email or text message. Fix plz.

★★☆☆☆ The new update is much prettier but also much harder to figure out how to do basic or non-basic actions. It's the definition of good UI but horrible UX

★★☆☆☆ New UI and system is not user-friendly. And for some reason with the new updated system, I can not transfer funds, even though I have sufficient funds in my account. The app was OK before the update. Now, it feels useless for me. I will go back to using the website for now until the devs fix the app.
