★★★★★ Was a great app for a little while but now that I'm about a week out from my vacation im getting the same 503 error that everyone else is getting. Edit: updated the review since the bug was fixed.

★★★★★ This was my first time staying at a Sandals Resort - but it definitely won't be the last. I loved everything about the resort. I highly recommend getting the Butler Service. It is well worth it.

★★☆☆☆ App was phenomenal, but after the recent update it's completely unusable and keeps crashing as soon as you open it. This has been happening for a few days now based on the reviews. I would have expected much faster resolution from a 5-star brand that relies heavily on this app for their on property experience.

★★☆☆☆ Come on FIX THE APP ALREADY! I see reviews from 2019 saying the same things as every other year including 2024. Having everything on an app makes trips much easier. After attempting to use your app I don't even want to go through Sandals anymore. You're supposedly this amazing company but can't afford to fix your app?hmm. I'll go through Expedia instead 🙄 Wouldn't send a reset password link to my email. SO didn't even get past the login. RIDICULOUS. And I'm supposed to trust you all to plan a trip
