★★★★★ Sanford my chart sets the bar for medical account information, lab results, messages from, appointment reminders. I also can do telehealth visits. Unfortunately, I'm not able to do much of those things with other apps. That my chart also keeps track of lab work trends, alerts me if I had an abnormal lab as well as educates me what that particular test could mean. I use the app constantly and think it is an outstanding tool to better manage my health.

★★☆☆☆ It doesn't list all the doctors, nor does it let me make an appointment or even an appointment request for doctors I actually need to see. The contact us email form doesn't work, so I can't even ask other questions. And after hours makes things even more difficult even though I know I won't get an answer, but need to send something because I know I'll forget during actual hours. I hate that this app is being pushed So hard, yet does very little. Yes, seeing test results is nice, but...

★★☆☆☆ Fingerprint sign in and regular sign in both stopped working. Had to reset password, still fingerprint doesn't work.

★★☆☆☆ I got a notice from Sanford health billing. I paid the $15 I owed you. Now here's the deal, you sent my $15 back to me while all along your notifying me to pay $15. Now I have a check from Sanford that I have to take to my bank to deposit it. I'm the past I would pay the $15 at check-in or mail it. When mailing it to you, it cost $.55 to mail plus my driving there, only to have sent back to me later and then being notified of owing you $15 again.
