Good app overall but the Active does not work with Zepp (one of the main wearables' app), making it impossible to record my workouts from my watch. Using Google Fit does not help since the sync between Zepp and Google is equally bad...

Very slow, doesn't always load all the invoices or documents, takes ages and several tries to login. LE: it appears the login issue was resolved so increasing to 5 stars, as it seems to work properly now and fast as well.

Login doesn't work: I'm trying to log in to Sanitas Portal app, but despite all the details are correct, it doesn't work. Had this issue several times already. In the end, it is very unreliable, so I could get the medical advice only when the app is working which is much less than was promised by Sanitas.

Payment function is not working any more properly. Unable to pay the invoices directly on the app via twint since invoices are not showing any more out of nowhere.

Another version, another disaster. Can't log in - fingerprint is scanned, then app crashes. Select to send feedback and 'no internet connection' ... Odd, since I can update this review just fine... XxX Unstable, latest v2.15 was supporting fingerprint ID... until it wasn't anymore! And won't accept an SMS input, so I can't log in. Useless.
