★★★★★ This application is awesome! Really appreciate all the work the scv employees do to keep this a great city.

★★★★★ Used it a few times so far and the longest it took to get a response was two days and that was because of the weekend. Really helps the squeaky wheel!

★★★★★ Please allow selecting from saved pics on phone The app should allow you to select saved pictures from your phone. Instead, you are required to take a real time picture of the item you are reporting.

★★☆☆☆ Very cumbersome app to use for making a service request. Long drop-down lists that aren't organized in any logical order. The city park I was making the request about wasn't even listed! It shouldn't take 15 minutes to post a simple service request.

★★☆☆☆ As I was installing the app, my avast software detected malware in the code.

★★☆☆☆ Reporting not working. I've used this many times but the report an issue button was not working as of 1/12/23. It is handy to have this on a mobile device to report road or trail issues, so I hope they fix it.
