★★★★★ The app is actually good I was easily able to create an account and hire an ebike in 5 minutes and the ebike was faster than I expected, and the price is literally the cheapest out of any other ebikes. And lots of stations for Santander cycles over 500 in London.

★★★★★ Faced no issues with this app at all. Everything worked well and reasonably fast, was surprised having read some of the other reviews.

★★☆☆☆ I have to enter my Lloyd's payment card every day which is really annoying. Please store my payment token for longer than 24 hours. And trying to find a bike hub close to my location is very difficult. Please show my location on a map to help me find a bike. And please update the status of bike hubs on a more regular basis. My use case is I'm coming into Waterloo on a morning and the number of bikes available updates so slowly.

★★☆☆☆ Simply does not function and when combined with a physical hire station that also doesn't work essentially makes the hiring a bike impossible. A few months ago the app worked great, then for a short while I'd have to re-enter my payment details and do a security check with my bank EVERY time. Now the app refuses to let me do even that. As stated, not all physical hiring stations work either. Clearly either the money or desire to keep Santander cycles functional has run out, and that is just sad.
