I'm waiting in the line for long minutes to talk some customers service, and when my number turn I can't reply there no option to respond the customer. And when I'll refresh the chat there show again thath I need to wait again and get back to number 21 again .... So much hazel to talk customer service on the savii so much stress. I received sms and email that I'm eligible, but my account still not available to re-loan again.😞😞😞

Very Disappointing! Why you guys provide us such fake information and advertisement ?? Offering a refinancing as I thought since me as a customer assures that I always pay on Time no delays. And then when I submitted the application on my second time you cancelled my app and the reason is I did not meet your criteria? How come? APPLICATION CANCELED TWICE!!! I'VE HAD SO MUCH ISSUES COMPLETING MY APPLICATION WITH SAVII! Ilang bu wan na akong eligible for refinance. Ilang beses ako nag apply and laging may issue ang App at Website hindi matapos-tapos ang application. Naka ilang try ako I-complete ang application and since system is "bulk" hindi my complete. And today, I was able to complete my application you will just Cancel? WHY? Don't tell me Dahl sa "pending application for 10 days",
