Why is this an app and not a website?? It is so low quality. The app resets when going from background to foreground, the payment flow messes up multiple times, the app opens a web browser and directs you to the website in many cases, and you have to manually add the tickets to the app even though you just purchased them through the app. Last but not least; A detailed overview of your purchase should be added before completing the payment flow. The UX is so bad.

Useless app, when paying, the credit card number cannot be pasted, it has to be entered digit by digit, not very handy when you have to do it from out there on the smartphone. Forces you to just use the website directly.

This app allows for buying the ticket. After restart the ticket is forgotten and there is no way to import it from the email. So it is more comfortable to just use the web page and print the ticket out.
