Very easy to navigate and has very useful information for visitors to Schiphol.

Always able to track my flight and get updates regarding delays or gate changes, unlike the app I have for my local airport. I have this app, as I fly to the Netherlands every 6 weeks to visit my family, this lets me keep an eye on flights etc.

Awful. Doesn't update, doesn't send notifications, is not in synch with their own website, doesn't load landed flight data correctly (sent me to the wrong arrival gate)... Very disappointed

Systematically supplies false information. Such as gate is open. Flight is on time. Etc. We haven't even started boarding 15 minutes from departure time.

Follow flight error... So, you can't just get updates on the website, no, that would be too easy. You're forced to install an app. And then that app takes over a minute to find the flight you're interested in, when the website finds it in under a second. And then you click on follow, and another minute later. 'Follow flight error'. Well done Schiphol. Wonderful customer service.
