I love this app. It makes me feel safe and secure. I highly recommend this app to anyone who has the Silage Lock. The locks are beyond excellent. UPDATE: My husband and I were out shopping, I forgot to lock the door. We were approximately 20 miles away. I was able to lock the door with no problem. My husband forgot the Silage Lock app could remotely lock the doors. My husband is 🙂 We love this lock and app. My son purchased the same Lock, he enjoys the Silage Lock App as well. Thanks again

Poorly designed app. Even after getting a link, using link to install app, opening the app gets immediate credential issues. Second phone and it's the second similar problem. Doesn't seem like they test their software properly on Android. Don't have logs to send, don't have anything useful to help you with when you contact them.

App crashes when I try to open it. Cannot access my locks if I cannot access the app. Users with iOS on same lock are having no issues, so this is an Android app failure specifically.

I work at HNL and this is ridiculous, we are forced to use our personal phones.it is not legal I believe if the company isn't paying the phone service. App crashed as soon as I opened it after being sent another link. So now I have tp what once again.

Not opening the door just a red light. It says access granted on app and nothing happens. Now after 2 more hours it says access denied. Apparently it won't let me in my front door. Very secure. A lot of cool features that don't work
