You cannot cancel the order, literally seconds after placing the order. The store cannot help me get a refund, so I can repurchase as a delivery. I accidentally chose pickup somehow because this stupid app doesn't make it clear before you purchase if it is a pickup or delivery order. They need to have it where you can review if this is a pickup or delivery order. So effing annoying! I've done this twice and each time I am forced to buy the order twice! I am sooooo mad right now!

We need to schlotzsky's in Athens Texas order two Reubens paid for them and the lady told me that they are out of sauerkraut ask for a refund the lady didn't even know how to do a refund I asked to speak to a manager the manager was not there I talked to the manager 2 days later, and she said for me that my money will be back on my card, and he has not been put back on my card yet my recommendation not to go into this restaurant because they were stealing your money

App works ok. However, last few times I went, I scanned the receipt and receiving 0 points. That's 0 points for spending 50 bucks. Basically what's the point then? Just watch out for that. I guess a dollar spent isn't a point earned unless they say so

Watch your receipt for a service fee. I noticed one on my last purchase and have no indication what it's for. I have an email out to Schlotzsky's asking about this, but I've sent unanswered messages to the company before and am not entirely hopeful of getting a response. If the fee is for use of the app, I'll quit using it. I'll also be watching other apps I use frequently. Update: confirmed via Schlotzsky's staff. They charge a service fee each time the app is used to order and pick up.

Ordered through the app, picked up through the Drive through. BOGO pizzas, ordered no Chipotle mayo and no roasted red peppers, it came with more than usual sauce AND red peppers! They aren't closed, but won't answer the phone. Not driving back in town to take it back, they won't eat it the way it is, $$ and food wasted.
