Yet again Scotiabank apps suck! It astounds me how a bank can get away with such terrible apps, but demand customers use them because it's faster, easier (not likely) and cheaper for them because they don't have to pay anyone. Do better Scotiabank and Intact Insurance. What a scam. Very disappointed and wish I could find a cheaper company to go with, so I didn't have to deal with them.

Really annoying when I review my rides and every ride it tells me I've used my phone... you will NEVER catch me using my phone while driving. There has to be some type of glitch because my phone is always connected to the car. So you're telling me if I shuffle my music with the buttons on my steering wheel that counts as me using my phone? Absolutely ridiculous. That or I'm apparently always speeding??? Guess this is how they become money hungry to increase people's insurance.

I've never had issues with my insurance throughout my life until Bella ire Insurance took over. I've had insurance since I was 17, and I'm 45 now. Unless you want constant issues with your billing, don't switch to them if you're greeted with Bella ire. Their customer service has been terrible since they switched, and I'm no longer impressed. This has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I'm going to move everything to my local credit union and get away from corporations at this point.
