★★☆☆☆ Big scam give you a good price for electric and gas just switch one then charge you double the price you was given

★★☆☆☆ Your app service is a joke. I already asked over the phone how to change my username, which is a password that has been obsolete for years, so I haven't been able to use the app. But because I have been way in credit for electricity, the app wasn't really regularly used. When I did try to log in, my old email stopped me. There was no way I could change it. Next thing, my digital display in my meter went off. I can't get help to fix it. My digital meter stopped working. Service was rubbish.

★★☆☆☆ No point in the app at all!!! Register using Chrome with email and password, next screen says we've emailed you link, which is fine. You have to do this each and every time you want to log in, whether using the app or website. Click the email link and sends you to Chrome and not via the app. What's the point of creating a password? If each time have to use an email link. It's all so wrong.
