★★★★★ This app is for pet owners whose pet sitters subscribe to the app for their business. It is simple and straightforward, but is not an app like Rover that you install and look for a pet sitter like some people seem to think.

★★★★★ I use Scout for my dog walking business and also as a customer myself and absolutely love it! It gives me all the perks and conveniences of larger companies (walk map, picture, check in/out times, option to tip, automated billing, etc.) but with much better customer service from the app and much better service from the dog walking company using the app (this is true for my biz but also the types of companies that use Scout in general). The design is so simple to use to make/edit/cancel appointments and I love that there's now a web app version!

★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't seem to work for my customers, I set myself up an account on here to test the system, but I cannot book an appointment, it won't go past the date of a walk

★★☆☆☆ There appears to be no way to create an account? App launches and prompts for email/pass, with option to reset password, but no "create new account" option? Can't create an account through the website either...
