I called about the wrong seat number listed on my ticket. I talked to a gentleman named Marvin, and he was so helpful, and I explained how I needed an aisle seat and my ticket didn't have me on the aisle, but after investigating the map of the arena, he found that I was on the aisle seat, just on the opposite side! I said that as long as I was on the aisle, I had no problem. He also explained how to pull up the ticket on the app. On my phone since I'm not very tech-savvy!

My bank notified me of an attempted charge to my card by a Seat Geek user. The card was expired, so it didn't go through. I called Seat Geek, expecting a brush-off typical of corporate America. To my surprise Seat Geek customer service took it seriously and escalated it to their fraud dept. I got a call back from their fraud dept a couple of hours later saying the user had been blacklisted, and the attempt was reported. Thank you Seat Geek for taking my fraud report seriously!

Just joined, and all good so far! It would be nice to be able to assign specific seats for large parties sitting in multiple rows. My "guests" are not able to select their seat from the tickets purchased but rather are being assigned their spots at random.

Horrible. Bought rams tickets which was canceled and never got a refund. There's no customer service or email to find out how to get a refund on a canceled game. If you read this seat geek reach out to me!

Will change the ticket on you, not tell you that the ticket has changed only if the price is changed and not signify it anyway. Edit: their support is awful, they said they would email me a copy of a chat, and then they didn't and then when I checked my email I found an ad from Seat Geek advertising the game I was trying to go to in the first place. Then they tried to stick me with the charges saying that I chose the event when I didn't.
