This app hasn't worked correctly for a long time. I have emailed customer service 3 times and haven't heard back. If you read the most recent reviews, all of them say the same thing. I want play store to put pressure on this company to fix the problems because this isn't a cheap app. We paid $80 and are not getting what we paid for. Also, our child is at risk without this app working how it should. Don't trust the positive reviews which aren't real customers.
