Horrible customer service. As in NONE. Anything happens you are on your own. I used them for over a year and then I there is noone to call. All you can do is chat during certain hours. This went on for 4 days until I replaced them with another service. I didn't do this lightly since it took me several days to switch over. Save your money and time. I heard about them through epoch times and I know these guys are advertisers. I called up Epoch and even their staff couldn't locate a #
