This app was already set up on my tablet and will not let me delete/uninstall it.it just keeps buffing

Unable to uninstall or delete app from my device. More virus than app.

What even is this? So you're telling me I can't delete this app and whoever is the admin just gets to control the things I do? I can't take pictures anymore, I cant connect my Bluetooth, I can't change my volume, I cant use my microphone for some apps.Isn't this against the law? They should be banned from doing this. And the thing is, i didn't even install it and I can't stop them because I need a username and passcode.

I would like to give this app you know five stars, but unfortunately I can't due to the fact you can't deactivate it to where you can uninstall it so then when you try to deactivate it won't deactivate then when you try to uninstall it you have to deactivate it just to uninstall it, and it still won't let you do it... So I am sorry I would have to give this app zero Stars. But unfortunately in order to post this I have to give you all one star
