This app was a game changer for me, with space to enter and follow routines (activities), daily coaching, and space to process and reflect. The 28-Day Program Challenge was what made me decide to commit, and I'm so glad that I did. Customer Support responded the same day I submitted my Challenge Accomplished email and gave me the challenge reward of a full refund. I purchased a 3-month subscription and I still have time to complete a second program before my subscription ends.

Started with procrastination and learned quite a bit about myself and some tools that are helpful and will get better as I learn to use them more. Now working on self-esteem, and thinking that this is actually more helpful than my therapist. Only issue with self-esteem is that they don't have the option of someone reading it aloud, because I learn/retain much better when I read along as someone else reads aloud.

They steal your money. They auto-renew without notification. The app is not very useful. You forget You have it and all of a sudden there is a charge for auto-renewal. It's geared towards people with ADHD. I requested a refund. And they said no. DO NOT GET THIS APP THEY ARE PREDATORY AND ARE STEALING

This is for ADHD, they don't remind you about upcoming subscription fee, but they will charge you even if you've not used the app every 6 months. Basically they take advantage of you for having ADHD.
