Using app to allow my colleagues and me to return to the office. It allows for safe social distancing, booking my desk, and manage my own bookings. I like that I can book desks on behalf of others to. The SSO was easy enough to use on my own phone.

App is slow and unresponsive, date selection often ignored input and chose a random time, date button takes multiple taps to open, viewing desks is slow, listing of bookings does not show different locations if I've booked in more than 1 place across the week.

Very slow app, very difficult to select speaces, it freezes, and you have to restart it. What a piece of garbage. I wouldn't give it half of a star. I don't understand how a company like HP invest using this app which is garbage.

Extremely user unfriendly. Multiple redundant clicks/selections required. Error messages are not clear on what needs to be selected (e.g. a red cross or highlight could indicate missing info). It's difficult to book the desk you want from the map. It's difficult to work out which day/s you are booking for (would be much easier if a calendar displayed for you to select a date). Ultimately very difficult and annoying to use.
