This is probably the worst, most unreliable and inconsistent app that I have ever used. This bank in general is going downhill fast. The app is slow and has a 50/50 chance of just booting you out instead of loading. It will simply refuse to allow biometric scanning even though I've never once turned it off, it just randomly decides that fingerprint is no good, it needs the password that I never type in. This is probably the slowest performing app I've ever had to use, regardless of Wi-Fi or data

Love the bank itself but having to confirm my identity with a phone call all the time is obnoxious clearly if I typed in the correct username and password from my phone it's clearly me. It had happened servers times this week it's annoying

App is now worthless. It calls me to verify it's me, I answer and follow the instructions (please press 1) but can never gain access to the app. That's just scraping the surface of issues with this credit union that blocks my Visa twice a month. Close your accounts and bank elsewhere, this apps' uselessness, is symptomatic of the Credit Union I have been a member of for 18 years that has become terrible in the past 12 months. Edit: Tried to fix issue, still nothing 1 month l8r, garbage & unusable
