Very effective at tracking my progress in terms of lifting, strength, etc. Already been using this for years and is super helpful. Very friendly to beginners and you can also add exercises that may not be recorded yet on the app, so that's also a big plus. Overall, a great experience. Definitely going to recommend 10/10!

It's a great simple app. Sadly all my progress for a year suddenly got wiped clean. And the glitch continues to happen every other week or so with my random exercise progress getting wiped out

Just shifted from iPhone to android, and I don't have the option of logging in with Apple ID All my data and purchases are lost. No proper reply from support. Although I was enjoying the app on my iPhone and I purchased it, if my issue is solved, I will be happy to update my rating to 5.

I've been using this app for a month and there are a few things I wished they added. By the way it cost 2 dollars a month to use this app. 1. Why isn't the timer on my lock screen. Or running in the background. The timer even sometimes stops when I'm using other apps. 2. Why can't I change the timer for certain exercises. Bench needs more rest time than bicep curls. Have 1 set timer for everything isn't ideal. 3. The app itself is kinda basic and ugly
