Spent 1.48 for rain alert, but was so disappointed that didn't receive any alert when the rain come. Can I request for refund?

Omg, the UI/UX looks and feels so dated as if from the 90s especially, the widget. The app indicates rain, but there is no rain. Myna app on the other hand is more accurate despite, both using data from local gov weather sources. Good attempt dev but lots of work needed. May want to check out UI/UX ideas from other weather apps for instance, Weather & Clock Widget. Etc. All the best.
