Invigorating Relaxation. I feel so calm and relaxed during my practices with my mat. Often even fallen asleep. My sleep for the night is better as well. Also, it helped with my pinched nerves. Amazingly, meditation with the mat gives me clearer focus and energy during my days. I love it. I shared my love with my mom, explaining what it was, saying she should get one. She told me, "No, that's okay. You enjoy your pain" So I bought her one. Now she loves hers and understands also using it every day.

Love the guided introduction to using my Shakti mat with the Welcome series. Also love the accent of the lovely lady guiding me through the relaxation units. I wish there were more than just eight guided meditations.

Privacy warning. I was excited to try this app along with my new Shakti mat. Then I read the privacy details - they can sell your name and email to third parties for marketing purposes. No, thanks! For a company that promotes themselves as being ethical, this is quite shocking.
