I would like to express thanks share transport for the bus service in provide service from Semarang pasir panjang. Bus experience had been great as well. Bus ride is comfortable and punctual. The team may take into consideration providing universal credits which can be used for all routes, instead of limiting it to one route. Options can be offered to customers as well to bring over unused credits to next month. Currently, this had been to regit in the app.

I have a hard time to get shortlisted for the service as every time there is insufficient for my route. Finally, I was shortlisted to choose my available dates for the service and sady received a notification later mentioned that the route will not be commencing, and an email will be sending to me, however I did not receive any email at all. It is a really bad experience for me and I will seek for a whole refund and uninstall this app.

Horrible transport arrangement. Bus arrival is not fixed as what they are stating. Sometimes It's too early sometimes too late. I've experienced both. If I have another alternatives for a cheaper transport I will take the others.
