Absolutely ridiculous company. It is truly comical that whenever I see Shipa as a courier I immediately know that they will find a way to screw up, haha. Stupid delivery people since they launched. Gave them a shot on a personal and business level, not a single time was my order delivered! The latest being an order for a new SIM from Virgin. The delivery person arrives 40 minutes late and misses me, then doesn't come back at the timing he suggested! Also, the 5 stars reviews are bots. 🤦🏻♂️

I have experience one of the worst possible delivery ever imagined! It totally ruined my day. The guy who handles my parcel called me like 4:30 pm then he told me to go to his location which is very stupid for a delivery company! That's your freakin job to give the order to my location! So we had a small conversation regarding with my order he told me to find his car and gave his plate number so I can easily find him, and he was shouting like he was frustrated.
