Text entry buggy, layout needs improvement I love shipito, their service is rock solid. But this app.. Sure needs a lot of improvement, text entry is so bad, I had pointed out this out with a team member on chat, months after, its no fixed, sometimes the forms like the customs declaration, don't get any text entry while you type. Packages are also displayed in a very tedious way. The main image should no open just that single image, but should display the entire gallery rather than clicking show details below. Then the entire interface needs rework.
