THEY LOST MY PACKAGE - This is the last straw. I'll tolerate their deliverability issues (USPS sent packages don't arrive in their warehouse), the poor customer support, the long turn around time. But Losing a shipment... --- "I regret to inform you that we have not been able to locate your shipment. As a result, we will proceed to file the shipment for claims and reimburse you based on the declared value and the shipping fee."

Items delivered and picked up by individual: As someone who offers service like yours, it is your responsibility to ensure that parcels were actually included in your received list regardless if you accepted them by bulk or individually. 2. Parcels that gets RTS: This has been causing us additional shipping fee from the seller to your warehouse and this should never happen! 3. Failure of your agents to respond on a timely manner or provide update
