★★★★★ Can't upload issue photos from gallery. Should've given this rudimentary basic option. Couldn't able to lodge complain about burning trash, there is no option for it and can't upload photo from gallery.

★★★★★ I agree with the person who said that the app needs to have a noise pollution reporting option. Certain people and communities create a lot of noise pollution at odd hours that is really harmful for society and it's citizens, and I would love to see an option to bring that to DNCC's attention for action.

★★★★★ I found this app is good. The team of Tejgaon is so fast. I have complained 4 regrading the issues at Tejgaon, and they solved it within a day. Salute to DNCC Tejgaon Team. But I raised two issues at Mirpur section 2 which are not solved yet.

★★☆☆☆ Don't have a good experience with this app. I tried to take picture of our broken road (Nayapaltan, Ward 13, opposite of Pal tan Thana) but every time I tried to take picture it says" আপনার এলাকায় পরিষেবাটি উপলব্ধ না হওয়ার কারণে আপনি এই পরিষেবাটি পাচ্ছেন না।" Does it mean in Shobar Dhaka App, we, people from South City Corporation are not included? Then how can we call it "Shobar" Dhaka. Why are we excluded?
