Please fix these!!! 1. Change or edit the menu by ourselves 2. Time of finishing the order. Note this!!! WE DO NOT ONLY SERVE SHOPEE's ORDER. There are conditions where there are still many customers from other apps or some customers who dine in our restaurant when the order by Shopee's customer gets in. It is not possible to finish an order in an exact time as requested if there are many orders are in process. We still have to do our priorities. First come, first served. Don't be selfish!!!

Sorry, but gotta telling you the truth, this application is terribly worst. I gave my banner and bank account number BUT it keeps telling me wrong. "IMAGE BANNER HAVE SOCIAL MEDIA INFORMATION" while it's not any and the bank account rejected all the time. Been 2 weeks since I started to register and have no progress. Reported to customer service many times BUT no solution at all. I don't know what to say But this is really bad. This doesn't make any senses. Management seems to don't care.

Customer service is useless, they are very slow, and none of them can solve any problem. Seems like they are not supervised or they just don't prioritize solving the problem. It's like talking to a brick wall. I solve my problem by watching tutorials on YouTube from fellow user. This application charges almost 50% of what u make. They shud provide better service and staff shud be more focus. Despite multiple questionnaire, the system remains ineffective. The CEO should be fired.
