This app is ok (very average) but need small improvement like 1. Option of adding logo of the store above the chat. 2. Asking the information of customer - statement must be customizable. "Before we get started Please provide information is very odd". Try to do everything customizable.

Very good application and seems to keep getting improvements, would be good if the domain could be customized for when customer leaves chat and a follow-up email is sent. Should use the shopify domain and not shopify chat email address 🎈😊

Never works and notifies me of when a customer messages me. I only know when I get an email... Then I go to check, and it has logged me out once again even though I logged in not long before. Great idea but poorly executed.

Great APP but Shopify gives out our info easily to developers, and we get way more SPAM/Sales Cold calls via this than Actual Store customer questions.... Shopify needs to allow us to block developers and only have this for customers!!! Should be pretty easy for them!

Keeps saying I have a message. Then go to inbox and says no messages. This is not a business app. Worthless and can cost a business customer
