I did think there were some things that was strange about the app. For example, it gave a barcode to scan for pickup confirmation?! Which then the pickup location simply bypassed. Also asked for a 4-digit code which the customer simply bypassed?! Didn't understand this process really.

Well I must say the app is a good one easy to use. NB_The payment is too small for a trip considering the distance and means for transportation. Not all deliveries required a bicycle or a backpack some deliveries required a car. €5,50 for a trip of 5 km is very absurd. I recommend an increase for deliveries been made by car 🚗 or bigger vehicle.fingers crossed. Thank you very much 😊.

Everything is in French while in Belgium there are 3 main languages plus English. Make it work either in English or create an option where we can choose any of the 2 other languages in Belgium. Don't be so close minded.

Still cannot select my language. When my phone is set to English it puts the app in French. Update: still no language selection available.
