★★★★★ I did all the training, and I use showman as my main source of income. I'm located in Tampa, Fl, and I always make sure every client is a priority! If you have any showings there or near the area, please use me as the priority showing agent in the area.🙏 Thank you, may your business grow!!

★★☆☆☆ Do not use. Showman collects money from scheduling agent, then doesn't pay showing agent. Customer support calls you a liar. Zero stars.

★★☆☆☆ Scheduled 4 showings with very clear instructions for video tour. I received 1 video tour that did not do anything in the instructions (didn't walk backyard at a minimum would be assumed among others. The agent didn't go to the other houses because "there was a dog" "there were a lot of cars". At the end, I could not use the one video I received, was left hanging on the others, and when I tried to urgently reschedule, no more showings allowed. Showman did not hold any accountability & charged me

★★☆☆☆ Was ok at first. But basically nothing now for over a month. Well I say nothing. For 2 weeks now they've offered $32 for a 3-hour open house...20 miles outside city limits...so gas factors in...when all of this is added up it's LESS than minimum wage hourly, and they want you to supply the open house signs yourself. Yeah...not worth it at all... If they paid better, maybe. But Avg less than $7 an hour. No, thanks... I can flip burgers for better money. Didn't get my Real Estate license for 7 a hr.
