This is an must have on every phone! but i think that huawei's powergenie (powersaving mode) kills it relativly fast so Make sure to disable powersaving for this app

Even though this app is not actively supported, it is still one of the best encrypted sms apps for Android.

Really great app (I've set it as my default SMS app and it works flawlessly). Even if the other person doesn't have Silence it still works fine and I've never had problems of text messages not sending due to data/wifi issues (it even seems to work better than normal SMS when I'm in the country, but I'm not sure if that's actually true or just how it feels). I also love the colours and the visuals :)

Unencrypted MMS sending fails including with latest beta version 0.16.12-unstable

Even after setting it as the default sms app, Silence does not recieve incoming messages. You should specify which encryption technique you are using.
