This is my first ever eSIM. I found their options for South Korea the most competitive (from the UK). I used their chat customer service, and that reassured me before I bought it. It was so easy to buy, install, and set up prior to leaving at the airport. I followed their advice after landing as there wasn't an instant connection. That worked. The app is very good. It shows the duration and data left. Options to buy more data. So far, so good! I'm very pleased. Excellent value.

Gave us a hard time, texted them for 2 hours back and forth on a mobile Hotspot, so we were being expensed aswell as being told "Simly will not work on android devices". Although I only lost $4 testing the waters, I'm worried about the people who lose $40 on a plan they can't even use properly. If you have Wi-Fi, a secondary messaging phone, and maybe an iPhone, they might be able to help you but with those specific circumstances. 1 star.

It didn't work on my Samsung S23 ultra. I reached out to their customer service department and was informed of a technical issue affecting Android devices. They assured me that they would contact me within the next 24 hours to provide an update, but they failed to do so.

It's not letting me get past the screen where it says my device isn't E-SIM compatible. I only installed the app to buy others E-SIMs, so I'd like to see and check on my SIMs when I can :/

Not recommend I purchased 3 esim to Saudi Arabia nothing worked, and the customer service is very bad I told him that the esim doesn't connect to any network, and he wants me to change the APN settings, the esim doesn't connect how the APN setting will change that, all the customer service is uneducated, and they just repeat the same thing, and they took forever to respond back, they still didn't solve it and refuse to refund my money, save your time and money guys and avoid this fraud app
