They're thiefs! I added $10 to the stash to give it an international try because my boss revolution wasn't going thru. It didn't work, but the stash is not on my acct any longer now my phone is deactivated for no apparent reason, customer service don't know why and can't help me, they want me to call Trac phone, this is the second time this as happened, within minutes someone else got my phone number, I had to fight to get my phone number back. I need to sue simple mobile for lost of business, there's no excuse for the second time. As am writing this review customer service can't find my phone number and my phone have been recycled back into the system even my service end date is not till Dec 4, three weeks from now. Am tired of their customer service, they're clueless.

Worst app ever, Called the tech department 100 times and they can't fix the problem. Unable to place international calls for months now,just don't even waste your time with simple mobile
