It is one of the easiest and most efficient apps I use. I can check my house via the cameras anytime. Review all the timelines and recordings. Set, disarm, and monitor the alarm from my phone anytime, anywhere. I can add, remove, monitor, or modify all devices from this app. This app is very responsive when an alarm is triggered. Letting me respond to the alarm with the options canceling it or confirming it.

SimpliSafe is a great system. The App makes it very easy to manage the system. It gives you easy access to camera feed from anywhere.

System often disconnects from the Internet, disabling the entire security system. Customer service will put you through a long and tedious verification process to tell you there's nothing they can do. So this system doesn't protect you, it just makes your life miserable and I don't recommend it.

Garbage app, updates only work about half the time, devices go offline without warning, and the cameras take forever to connect. I'd junk the whole system if I hadn't already bought a bunch of sensors. Widget doesn't work at all either. Fire your developers

I am not receiving notifications anymore on my phone. I went to the notification settings on my phone, and it's set to get notifications from this app. I went into the app and checked the settings for notifications within the app and once I get to that screen, it's just blank. It doesn't allow me to do anything with notifications because it's all just blank. This is very frustrating because I need to be notified when something happens. This is for my mother and it's not good.

Do not purchase this alarm system. The app doesn't allow you to record onto your phone. You have to pay a subscription fee just to monitor yourself. The alarm system as a whole is far from perfect. A regretful buy for sure.
