★★☆☆☆ Used to be reliable, but gone downhill recently. I pre-booked taxis twice in the last week, only to have a driver assigned then never turn up. The arrival time counts down, gets to one minute and then jumps back to ten minutes! Then, when you have to cancel after waiting ages, they charge you a cancellation fee!

★★☆☆☆ Terrible. The map doesn't update, so you can't track the driver. Multiple times drivers never arrive, and you are still charged money. The worst taxi company
