Terrible app. Difficult to navigate. Clicking on Usage only shows temperature data! I would expect to see electricity and water usage info, not temperature data. I did once find old bill data but only the current and previous bills were available for download. Since finding this data I have not been able to find it again! The only thing I can see good and useful about this app is paying the bill. Otherwise, it's an awful app that needs a lot of work.

Doesn't retain information for personal bills to be paid. I still have to have all the information every time. This should be updated to include bill amounts due and account numbers.

Electric service due to cut off any moment now because my prepaid credit is nearly depleted, and I'm not able to access my account. 8 years using this and all of a sudden my log in info is incorrect, including biometrics. Nothing was changed on my end. Tried to reset password as recommended. Submitted required info and was immediately met with a failure to reset password because "password was not yet created and that I should have received an email when service was initially started.
