★★★★★ Awesome app. I love it. It helps me to monitor the temp at home and helps me keep my home secure. I can lock and unlock my door. I can adjust my temperature from wherever l am. I can check security from wherever I am and feel confident that this app is a game changer.
★★★★★ Edit: 2 years later this app has gotten MUCH better. All the issues below have been fixed. I do wish it would stay logged in though. Buggy and behind other competitors. Rarely allows me to login - text goes gray and returns to the main "Sign In or Take a Tour" page. Difficult to navigate - nearly impossible to find certain features (like scheduling AC to turn on and off at specified times) because of bad UI design. 2nd star is given because at the very least, the features *exist*.
★★★★★ Why is it so slow now??? I loved this app up until about two months ago when every time my partner, or I would try to open it, it took two to three times the amount of time it used to. Please fix this! Loved her once, could love her again. - Edit: fixed! The day after I posted this, the app updated, the slow loading time was fixed! Thank you guys for being on top of this.
★★★★★ Latest update has made launching sooooo much snappier! Way better now. With that, I don't have much issue with the app. It sometimes takes a while to update, or the lock will be "jammed" despite me locking and unlocking it manually just fine, but that's all pretty minor and could be hardware and/or networking issues so that's to be somewhat expected.
★★★★★ I have been a resident at the Verandas at Lake Norman for over 5 years. The office team and maintenance team are amazing. Anytime I've had questions or issues, they have always been addressed with professionalism and kindness. Shout out to Cheryl, Madison, Dan, Ronald and Christian. I hope I haven't left out anyone on this great team.
★★☆☆☆ Takes forever to open the app and performing commands takes too long. I'm using one plus 13, android 15.
★★☆☆☆ Does not work. Will not unlock or lock door from the app, and does not sync up correctly with thermostat.
★★☆☆☆ I hate this app. Not only is it super slow, but It's constantly breaking where I have to uninstall and reinstall it. That's the last thing you want when you're just trying to get into you apartment with groceries and kids.
