OK so further to my previous review I have now solved the issue some of us were facing when setting this as our default app...this is possible and this is how...when you go to type a message you will see the keyboard symbol simply long press on this and you can switch to which ever keyboard you have installed. So simple and I am now absolutely delighted and this keyboard is AWESOME! Hope this has helped anyone who had issues 🙌

Very nice! Even for the older Motorola 360. Just have to disable the default one in the settings. Not very hard to do as others claim. Nice settings and user interface. Certainly recommend.

I have no idea how to enable as the default keyboard on my wear os watch as the Google keyboard does not allow me to disable it. Update May 6 2019: The note from the developer is not helpful. They directed me to their website for a tutorial, which simply tells me to go to my watch settings and turn the Google keyboard off. The watch does not allow me to do this
