I've been smoke-free for a year now. At the beginning, this definitely helped. I'd check the smoke-free timer often, and after a few months not wanting to reset it if I smoked became extra incentive to avoid cigarettes. Great app! UPDATE- 9 years, 4 months, and 3 weeks since my last cigarette. I rarely check the app anymore, but when I do, I'm shocked at money saved and time regained. I've recommended it to many friends to quit smoking, and it's helped them. Still wonderful, and still worth it

I was on this app for about 2 months, I enjoyed the chat forum. A person was accused of attacking the "Skittles" community. I stated what I saw and read. A Dozen of comments were all deleted including mine, by moderators. I did not get banned, but I saw they just do not want to offend certain people but had humble apologies to someone that merely claimed his community was being attacked. Just put a "Skittles" flag in your bio, and you can run wild on here and get no punishments.

Hate the dashboard, I can't remove things that I aren't interested in, like the smoke-free community or the upgrade banner option all stuck there on the dashboard which then separates the things you actually want to see... Example My progress is at the bottom because you think it's more beneficial to have the things I said above first? Please let me remove the annoying things...
