Great device, great app. LE update 26/07/2020: App does not allow me to login on my previous account. You will need to create a new account and seems to be working just fine. :-)

This wouldn't run, as in it would come to the TIPS screen and ask about permissions and then branch to the APP SETUP screen. I had DENY all the impertinent permissions, but after I ALLOW Calendar, Contacts, Location, Microphone and Storage, it works. The instructions suck, but the thing (H19) works now with my Galaxy A115U1, so I'll give a grudging 4.

Easy to understand and use. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that it relies on OTG, and not all phones (less than ever) have OTG these days.

Feb. 28, 2022: I tried this again because I don't really like the Kardia App which is too much information and too sensitive to be useful to a non-physician. I have a murmur and AFib and only want to monitor the AFib levels, (whether I was in it as of the times of day I test). Unfortunately, after scrolling through an unbelievable number of pages of disclaimers I clicked AGREE only to be confronted with permissions for access to LOCATION, then CAMERA & PHOTOS, then to allowing the App to make PHONE CALLS, all of which I denied. As predictable, the App denied permission to use the App/device. I'll be damned if I'll allow the PRC or anyone else to use this device to track me and my health as I go about my private life. The Kardia device is too cautious in its approach, always reporting that "...POSSIBLE ATRIAL FIBRILLATION..." which is not useful in that I flop in and out of it routinely with no symptoms that I notice. I just want to know if I am in AFib at the given time of the test. I'm pretty sure this is a function of lawyers practicing medicine and covering their asses as completely as possible. It makes their device useless to the public that wants to monitor how often they are in AFib. The 6-way test tells a non-physician absolutely nothing useful. The device is also very sensitive to RF from florescent lights and incandescent dimmer switches and/or bulbs, so I have shut off the lights while I do a test that gives me no useful information. I don't know who they think buy these devices. A physician probably doesn't need one, and a non-physician can't get anything more useful than the disclaimer, "POSSIBLE ATRIAL FIBRILLATION". Duh... thanks for nothing. There's a marketable opportunity here...

Latest issue with this app is that it will not start past the hardware selection screen, pop up asks if this app requires additional permissions? App permissions are apparently permanently blocked and greyed out on galaxy s21.
