★★★★★ Just perfect to see what trains are circling in paris and other towns in france.

★★★★★ It is sometimes not possible to find my ticket, using the APP. I had to seek help from an SNCF employee, who had to use a borne, so that I could have a ticket (which I had paid for one week earlier).

★★★★★ It's surprisingly smooth to use. If only we are allowed to choose the language instead of having to change the system language of the phone.

★★★★★ It's very useful to have tickets accessible on my phone. A couple of glitches creating an account were sorted with an update of something on my phone. Received a quick response from the SNCF Customer Support. Thanks.

★★☆☆☆ I've used this app for a few years, it was all quite good with some useful improvements until the last update (16/10/2024). Since then, I struggle to modify return tickets. Sooo frustrating! I now have to change both tickets if I want to make a change on one trip, i.e. pay the difference in price on both tickets! This makes no sense, no other company would change their interpretation of the rules like this, and apply that to tickets bought before the update too! Last update is very deceiving.

★★☆☆☆ If you search for tickets it will show you a bunch of options. Search again, you'll get a bunch of completely different options. Good luck finding the train/connection you want. It's basically completely random whether it's useful or not

★★☆☆☆ New problem discovered when I book a ticket. If I want to set the ticket in my calendar it shows an email associated to a calendar which is an incorrect email. I can't find out where to change the calendar linked to the app.

★★☆☆☆ One of the worst app ever created. Look for a route? Limited amount of available routes displayed. Try to book a TER ticket? Not bookable in many cases, you need to go to the station. Try to book a ticket with more than one regional discount card in your profile? The app is not able to know which discount card to apply for your route. Very poor UI on top. The solution has been the same for more than 10 years: Use the reliable DB App for all timetables, and good luck buying tickets.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible service, the app never works you buy 10 tickets that you can only use for yourself despite being independent tickers a huge scam the transport system of Paris, all Rapt agents are rude, abusive and disrespectful!!! They are even abusive and sexist towards women
