★★★★★ Divece is absolutely awesome bud controller did not work after while, we have to remove usb dongle and push record and ok buttons together than connect the dongle and it happend when controller goes to asleep

★★☆☆☆ Hello 1 device won't download any app, won't update, time won't even update. Yes its plugged in, yes it's connected to Wi-Fi, yes I have service, yes I've done a factory reset... yes this device is junk.

★★☆☆☆ Nice technology, but I am afraid someone might be watching and listening to the associated HELLO device. A friend received an email from a fake email address with my name, using very particular verbatim language that was only spoken verbally in front of the HELLO camera. I disconnected the device. Maybe it wasn't HELLO, but maybe it was.

★★☆☆☆ Do not buy this. I've had nothing but issues. If you buy this product you must be a masochist. I must be after dusting it off & trying again & again that some patch, some update will help make this thing work and justify my wasted $300. Constant flicker when I hook it up to any TV. Can no longer even link the thing. Has caused me so much embarrassment when trying to do family video conferencing. They have offered me nothing to fix it, blaming on my household wiring. Never had any issue with any other device other than Hello, but it must be MY household wiring (House is only 12 years old btw). If you like throwing away money or enjoy being in a room full of people, red-faced and saying, "sometimes I get a clear picture on the 7th reboot, sorry." go for it. If you just want something you purchase to work, you are warned. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.
