I HATE THESE CAMERAS, the software sucks. I tried 3 different cameras, they are all trash. The Sensitivity range on these cameras is horrible. You would think they would update the firmware and make them better. NO, they refuse!! The firmware in over 2yrs old. The cameras Only Detect Motion in the very CENTER of the camera. Nowhere else. WHY! And Only UP TO 25FT AWAY. won't trigger at 50FT. SERIOUSLY? YES!! Trigger Delay takes 10sec -HORRIBLE!! IT ONLY RECORDS FOR 60sec?? THAT'S STUPID!! -BUY RING

11/2024 forced to do update, now or won't connect to the camera and no way to uninstall the update. Also, they've never fixed anything 3/2024 Fails to record activity/motion. I get an alert activity detected but no recording. It used to work but less than a year and it no longer records activity which is what I need it for
